Absolutely. We’ll suggest a few carefully selected options based on your preferences and budget, and you can choose the one you like best. If you already have a preferred hotel or guesthouse, we can include it in your itinerary.
Our tours are primarily offered in English and Italian. However, we can arrange guides who speak other languages (such as German, French, or Spanish) upon request, depending on availability.
Cape Town is generally safe for tourists, especially in well-known areas and with a local guide. Like in any major city, it’s important to stay aware of your surroundings, avoid walking alone at night in unfamiliar areas, and follow local advice. We’ll always guide you on how to stay safe during your trip.
Cape Town offers great value for money, especially compared to European cities. You can enjoy high-quality food, wine, and experiences at a fraction of the cost. Whether you’re on a budget or looking for luxury, there’s something for everyone.
English is widely spoken and used in tourism, business, and education. South Africa has 11 official languages, including Zulu, Xhosa, Afrikaans, and more. It’s a multilingual country with a rich cultural mix — something we love to share with our guests during the tour!
South Africa is a year-round destination thanks to its diverse climates. The Cape Town region has a Mediterranean climate, while the north is more tropical. My personal favorite seasons are spring and summer (September to March) — perfect for beach days, wine tasting, and outdoor adventures!
You can enjoy a good meal for as little as €5–€10. We’ll recommend restaurants based on your budget — from local gems and 2-for-1 specials to fine dining experiences. South Africa is a food lover’s paradise!
Most European passport holders (including Italians) can enter South Africa visa-free for up to 90 days. However, we always recommend checking with your local embassy or consulate before traveling.
We use comfortable, air-conditioned vehicles suitable for the group size. For private tours, we offer luxury vehicles. All our drivers are licensed and experienced.
We’ll send you a detailed packing list based on your itinerary and the season. Generally, bring comfortable walking shoes, a hat, sunscreen, a light jacket, and a camera. For safaris, neutral-colored clothing is best.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage. Some activities (like safaris or adventure sports) may require it.
While we don’t book international flights, we’re happy to advise on the best arrival and departure airports and help you plan your travel logistics.
We currently do not accept credit or debit card payments. Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayPal, depending on your location and preference. We’ll provide all the necessary details and guide you through the process to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.
You can pay with credit or debit cards at most restaurants, shops, and hotels in South Africa — especially in major cities like Cape Town and Johannesburg. However, we strongly recommend carrying some cash in South African Rand (ZAR) for small expenses.
Cash is useful for:
- Tipping parking guides (common in cities and tourist areas)
- Buying souvenirs at informal markets, where cash may get you a better deal
- Paying for small items in rural areas or local stalls that don’t accept cards
We’ll guide you on when and where it’s best to use cash during your tour.
